C3 Glomerulopathy (C3G) Canada is a non-profit collaborative physician network of clinicians with experience and expertise in C3G and related complement-mediated glomerular diseases, including idiopathic immune-complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN).

Advance the understanding, diagnosis and management of C3G and IC-MPGN in Canada by fostering education and research through exchange of knowledge.

Why This Network Exist
C3G and idiopathic IC-MPGN frequently progress to end-stage kidney disease, with nearly half of diagnosed patients reaching renal failure within a decade despite current treatment. Emerging complement-directed therapies and serological testing are changing what's possible — but Canadian nephrologists need a shared platform for diagnostic guidance, complement testing, and treatment selection.
